With enough people having completed the story to do a full free company event, we decided to go and pump out some Ifrit battles before going to farm Castrum Meridianum for Darklight pieces.

Great job, everyone! All the hard work everyone has been putting into leveling up has been helping our Free Company level at the same time. We hit rank 5 pretty quickly, and can now enjoy all the different perks that come along with being part of a company.

When we hit rank 3, we gained a fully expanded company chest, which has been stocked with plenty of food, medicines and different materials. 

At rank 4, we unlocked the ability to customize your gear with our company crest! It costs 100 gil per piece of armor, and can be added to your gear through the OIC Officer of Arms at the Grand Company hall in each city.

To add icing to the cake, we now have access to company actions, which can give a variety of bonuses to the members when active. Only one ability can be active at a time, and for the time being we'll be sticking with Reduced Rates, which lowers the cost of teleportation by 20%, and with The Heat of Battle, which increases EXP gained through combat by 5%!

With just a couple of days until Early Access, Simple is getting ready to start rolling out and getting work done! We have a huge group of new players joining us for A Realm Reborn and I couldn't be more excited to welcome everyone to the Simple family. Let's get everyone to 50 as soon as possible to start enjoying some endgame!

Those of us who are already level 50, let's figure out times to do things and run the new (some old) content and see what's changed! I can't wait to see you all in-game!
